Erin and Kylie are great support workers!! I have worked with them both and find them extremely kind, thoughtful, trustworthy and helpful. They are also very easy to get along with, always have a positive attitude and are very supportive and respectful.

Becoming part of the flock family has helped to improve my quality of life. It has helped improve my confidence to become more outgoing as well as helped me to meet of other people to make friends.

I really enjoy the social and recreational outing we do a variety of activities such as fishing, hiking, ten pin bowling and going to the cinema. The flock also helps me with practical things such as going with me to appointments and taking me shopping.

I would highly recommend them as they are very special to me and have brought much happiness to my life.

Happy Client

Erin was my first ever support worker under the NDIS and I still can’t believe how lucky I am to have found her….. she is totally amazing!! Absolutely the best support worker ever! She is very kind, caring, in a perpetually good mood; and proactive. Erin always goes over and above what is required and always puts the needs of clients first and foremost.  I have since worked with other members of the flock… Kylie and Alani and they are just as awesome… all providing the very highest quality of support.  It has made finding other NDIS services difficult as I want them all to be as amazing as The Flock!… Being part of the flock feels like being part of a family.

Awesome people, first rate support.

Erin is truly incredible person and I’m forever grateful that our paths crossed.”

Erin’s been the most amazing support worker for a whole amazing four years of my life now she is the upmost skilled lovely friendly independent and professional woman I have ever come across or crossed paths with in general over my whole life experience she certainly is my absolute favourite worker from the NDIs to have by my side and have supporting me. These past four years haven’t been easy corrections home d jail time and now parole as well as active addiction and recovery with some minor lapses where she has been a life saver and pulled me straight out the pits of hell and onto the right track. She’s so overly caring and affectionate naturally as well as extremely professional. She has supported me in a year and a half of constant corrections appointments and all my restrictions aside kept me going through a really hard time and made things so easy and such support that lead me to feel some sense of freedom even in that dire straight making every corrections appointment with myself every week as well as weekly general support and activities sometime even up to five times a week at one period she even trained with me on my personal journey to recover from active addiction and health struggles and did everything in her will power to efficiently support me during my addiction and recovery. She spent many hours booking pass outs with me making me feel like I wasn’t doing the wrong thing or messing up my home d sentence she attends every court hearing and even was there to support me getting ready for court itself finding my best foot forward before every appearance giving me that hope and backing, I needed to even be willing to go into the court room. She maintained close relationships with all the authorities leaving me room to relax if I didn’t feel or want to contact them, she would for me! Then the best part of Erin’s support her super attentive caring support for myself when I was incarcerated for eighteen months, phone calls answering every call I made to her.

Picking my step dad up and bringing him into visits at the prison whilst also attending for support at every second weekend or weekend and spending an hour of her time listening to all my battles and stories of the inside and what it can do to a person she stayed optimistic and realistic and gave me the best advice to survive those eighteen challenging months and to do so sober with my best foot forward and some love in my life her weekly to every second weekend visits really made an impact and got me through such a terrible time.
